Heat Exchangers
Enereff has access to sophisticated software for design of shell & tube Heat Exchangers/ Air Coolers for various Process Units. Enereff is capable of designing and engineering heat exchangers to the requirements of HTRI and get them manufactured as per TEMA, ASME, IBR etc. Enereff has personnel, expertise and software access to cater to the various needs of Process Plants.

Enereff has undertaken Design and optimization of complex Crude/ Vacuum Unit Preheat Trains including augmentation/ modification/ addition/ re-location of Heat Exchangers to suit revised thru’ put requirements as well as to meet the specified pressure drops and process stream terminal temperature requirements.

Enereff has designed Heat Exchangers for pressure up to 160 kg/ cm2 and metallurgies of Titanium/ SS. Engineering services for Pre–heat trains, Coolers, Surface Condensers, Feed/ Effluent Exchangers etc for various Process Units can be provided.

Enereff undertakes following activities for Heat Exchangers:

  • Thermal & Mechanical Design
  • Preparation of Engineering Drawings
  • Assistance to client for ordering out these Heat Exchangers including review of offers
  • Review/ Preparation of Fabrication Drawings
  • Assistance during Fabrication/ Testing/ Commissioning

PRESSURE VESSELS

Enereff undertakes Design & Engineering of Pressure Vessels/ Columns of various kinds including Distillation Columns, Knock out Drums/ Pots, Separators, Agitators and Vessels under high pressure. These Vessels are designed in accordance with ASME/ IBR requirements. Support/ skirt design is also undertaken and depending on the requirements, wind/ seismic analysis is also carried out.

Enereff can meet the requirements of the clients to get these equipment manufactured to strict quality control under third party inspection.
