Mechanical / Structural Engineer
Experience :
  • Should have sound knowledge of designing of Process & Static Equipment
  • Design of Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pressure vessels
  • Familiarization with International Codes such as ASME, API, IS, BS, ANSI, IBR
  • Knowledge of Designing software like AutoCAD, Steel Structure Designing software like STAAD, Pro-steel, X-steel
Special skills:
  • Knowledge of Piping designing would be an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Analytical skills & decision-making abilities
  • Managerial skills to lead a group of Draughtsman and Engineers
Education:
  • Should be a B.Tech from a reputed university with 1-5 years of relevant work experience

Process / Thermal Engineer
Experience :
  • Good knowledge of preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P &IDs), PFDs
  • Preparation of Data sheets and relevant Process Documents
  • Knowledge in preparation of Line lists, Process Data sheets for Instrument and Equipment
Special skills:
  • Experience in Heat Transfer Design and Equipment Sizing
  • Preparation of Operating Manuals
  • Assistance during Furnace system pre-commissioning and commissioning
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Analytical skills & decision-making abilities
Education:
  • Should be a B.Tech from a reputed university with 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Draughtsman
Experience :
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Structural detailing
  • Good knowledge in preparation of Bill of Materials for equipment and systems
  • Conceptualization of Arrangement Drawings
Special skills:
  • Knowledge of Boilers, Furnaces, and Heat Recovery Equipment would be an added advantage
  • Experience in preparation of Steel Fabrication drawings including Steel detailing, component views, welding symbols, weight estimation
Education:
  • Preferably a holder of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Draughtsmanship Certificate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
