Enereff has undertaken design of piping system for Unit Piping for Process Plants. Enereff has also carried out vibration analysis of piping systems in order to eliminate these problems. Requisite expertise and software are available to carry out the Piping Stress analysis and preparation of GADs/ Piping Isometrics. All drawing work is undertaken on latest drafting packages to maintain the best quality and accuracy.

Enereff also undertakes design of Technology Steel Structures for Furnaces/ APH supporting Structures/ Piping supports etc. Enereff carries out these designs on STAAD software backed by its personnel’s rich experience. Detailed Engineering Drawings are again made on computer drafting packages and if required a 3–D modelling is also undertaken to provide designs eliminating any site Fabrication/ operational problems/ mismatches.

Enereff carries out Civil Foundation designs of equipment/ supporting structures based on STAAD software/ proven experience based on the criticality of the equipment.

Instrumentation Engineering support includes interpretation of P&IDs, preparation of Instrument data sheets, formulation of logic/ ladder diagrams/ termination details. Instrument hook-up drawings are also prepared.
